Today is Sunday the 7th [ if think] we are in Hope town which is such a beautiful place kinda reminds us of Key West and Marsh side Mama's. the only diffference is that it is sooo exspences. we had dinner last night and our bill was $60.00 but the other places we have eaten at for lunch 60.00 and dinner is around 80.00. I just can't believe the cost of food. Every body here on boat they all bring there food or catch it. Nobody goes out to eat for it's just so costly.
today it was raining this morning so we had a slow start out then headed to see if we could do some fishing or snorkleing. As we headed out we saw a 5 or 60 foot sail boat that hit a sand bar and was almost 80 degrees sideways. I don't even think at high tide that they will be able to get out but they were still there when we headed back to port, i feel for those people for John and I have been in that same predictament but our boat has always been small enough for us to pull out. We started to head out to the ocean side to fish and had to turn around for the waves were just too big for us. A storm started and we headed for Cracker P which is a well know place for lunch and dinner to wait out the storm. had lunch then went swimming on the sandbar for a while, then headed back to HOpe town to tour the town tour the town and of course we ended up at a bar, then headed back to our slip when another storm started up... tied up in the rain and here we are now. Going to cook dinner on the boat and try and head out tomorrow.
love to all Judi and John
